Social Play @ Superfly

Social Play @ Superfly is an event for those looking to get some activity and goofiness out of their system! We are made to move about and interact with others. While more traditional exercise is absolutely useful, it is just fun to get exercise via games. Additionally, getting variety with physical activity builds new neural connections and hand eye coordination!

We'll start with some mobility to get loosey goosey, move to individual, partner, and group games, calm down with a cool down, then enjoy happy hour with the new people we've met! This event is for all ages and activity levels.
